Full Time Recreation Director

Jadaco Recreation Management is the GTAs leading provider of quality Recreation Services in the Condominium / Apartment / Hotel market – and we would like to make you part of our team!

Candidates should have a Recreation/Leisure/Fitness/Social background, including for example:

  • Physical Education Degree
  • Personal Trainer - Can-Fit-Pro / ACE
  • Experience in a Fitness/Community Center/Gym/Condo setting
  • Recreation / Leisure Diploma
  • Kinesiology / Human Studies

Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

  • Community Centre experience
  • Volunteer work
  • Pool / Whirlpool Maintenance exp.
  • Event Planning
  • Social Activities Planning

The following certifications/experience would be considered an asset for any candidate seeking a full time employment:

  • Can-Fit-Pro Group Fitness Instructor
  • Speedo Aquafit /CALA  certification
  • Personal Trainer – Can-Fit-Pro / ACE
  • Group Fitness teaching experience
  • Aquafit instruction experience

Candidates should consider the following:

  • Afternoon and evening shifts are the most common in this type of a job
  • CPR/First Aid Certification is a must
  • Flexible Hours

Lifeguard and Swim Instructors

Lifeguarding positions are available to qualified lifeguards each summer in all of GTA.
We provide lifeguards for Condominiums and Apartment complexes in Brampton, Mississauga, Scarborough and North York. Full time and Part time positions are available for the summer, beginning in May and continuing to Labour Day. With very competitive wages, helpful available Supervisors and long term scheduling, this helps makes your summer a fun one to remember! All Lifeguards must have their NLS and CPR/First Aid current.

We do have a few year-round lifeguard positions.

Part Time Recreation Staff

                                                                                                            Are you looking for an interesting and rewarding part time experience? Our part time staff work in recreation facilities providing customer service, pool maintenance and running a variety of leisure activities. The part time shifts are mostly on the weekend, but some weekday hours may be available.

 

Full paid training is provided to all suitable candidates.

We are looking for presentable, reliable part-time staff who are self-motivated, personable and interested in the fitness/social field. Students are very welcome to apply. We have positions in Mississauga, Downtown, Central and Scarborough. First Aid/CPR certification, experience in the recreation field is a definite asset.



Fitness / Wellness Instructors​

Jadaco is associated with a variety of instructors:

  • Dance

We offer our instructors great locations in exclusive environments. Jadaco will do all the advertising and registrations, so that all the instructor has to worry about is teaching a great class! Sessions are scheduled in 8 - 10 week intervals throughout the year.
