Maintenance / Repair and Cleaning / Installation
Steam rooms have become very popular in Condominium environments; however their maintenance is over looked which can cause costly breakdowns and lower life expectancy. It is very important to maintain these units to reduce downtime on them. We can set up Monthly or Quarterly visits.


Set up your inspection which will include:

Inspection of parts for wear, damage, or clogging/cleaning

Inspection of timers and programming functions

Testing of mechanical components including elements, contactors, switches, inlets, flush units and valves

Check of electrical components including Volt and Amperage verification, AC and DC inputs and Ground Faults (GFIs)

Addition of Water Softeners as applicable (costs may be associated with softeners)
A report will be emailed to your office immediately after inspection for your records and any quotations will be supplied.
Repairs and Cleanings can be organized through us.
Removal of equipment will be needed for a full cleaning experience but most repairs we can do on-site.

​Repairs to valves, inlets and controlling boards can all be on-site

Power flushing done off site at a location in Toronto
Timely service and repairs done in-house when available.

Working with the Manufacturer, we can install new units for either a replacement units or a new installs.
