Jadaco’s Home Visit Programs offer qualified, professional technicians who provide routine cleaning, maintain safe chemical levels, follow proper opening and closing procedures, and handle emergency repairs.

Pool or Stand Alone Spa Opening

Remove, clean and fold cover(s) and secure cover

Screw down anchors and store accessories

​Clean and install ladders, rails and diving board

​Add 20 litres of liquid shock and opening chemicals to pool

Reconnect all pool equipment

​Start pool filling and notify customer if water level is low

Start pool filtration system, auto cleaner and chemical automation equipment if possible at time of opening​

Weekly Maintenance with Chemical Balance

Drain pool water to proper winterization level

Blow all water out of plumbing lines and equipment; add antifreeze to lines (if required)

Add appropriate chemicals to balance water for the winter season

Shut off all electrical components and gas supply to the pool heater
