POOL OPENING

To include:

Remove, Clean & fold and store pool cover
Screw down anchors and store accessories
Clean and install ladders, rails and diving board
Blow debris off deck immediately surrounding pool
Add 20 litres of liquid shock to the pool
Reconnect all pool equipment
Start pool filling and notify customer
Start pool filtration system , auto cleaner and any chemical automation equipment if possible at time of Opening

$495 + HST

Attached Whirlpool Opening + $175 + HST

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE WITH CHEMICAL BALANCE

To include:

Clean waterline around pool or whirlpool
Add fresh water if required
Vacuum swimming pool
Brush pool walls and floor
Skim water surface
Empty and clean skimmer baskets
Empty and clean pump basket
Backwash filter if applicable
Test pool water for chlorine/bromine, Salt, Ph, TA, Calcium & Stabilizer

With Balance pool chemistry as required

Check heater check automation equipment
Leave a detailed written report

$90 / Visit + HST

Added Whirlpool + $25/visit + HST

Please Note: Weekly Maintenance does not include chemicals. When required chemicals will be billed separately.

WEEKLY LITE MAINTENANCE

To include:

Skim water surface
Empty and clean skimmer baskets
Test pool chemistry
Balance pool chemistry
Clean out automatic pool cleaner bag and debris screen
Sweep pool deck and remove debris from site
Leave a detailed written report

$65 / Visit + Tax

Added Whirlpool + $15/visit + HST

Please Note: Weekly Maintenance does not include chemicals. When required chemicals will be billed separately.

POOL CLOSING

To include:

Drain pool water to proper winterization level
Blow all water out of plumbing lines and equipment add antifreeze to lines (if required)
Add appropriate chemicals to balance water for the winter season
Shut off all electrical components and gas supply to the pool heater
Install winter cover
A detailed pool winterization report will be provided

$395 + HST

Attached Whirlpool Closing + $175 + HST

SPA ONLY OPENING

To include:

Remove, Clean and Replace Spa Cover

Remove and Store accessories (winterizing items)

Reconnect all Pumps/ Heater equipment

Start spa filling and notify customer

Add Disinfectant / Sequestering Agent

$295 + HST

SPA ONLY CLOSING

To include:

Drain water Blow all water out of plumbing lines and

add antifreeze to lines if required

Disconnect and remove water from all equipment

Shut off all electrical components and gas supply to the pool heater

A detailed Spa winterization report will be provided

$295 + HST

SPA ONLY WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

To include:

Clean waterline, Skim water surface

Add fresh water if required

Vacuum (Sap Vac) Any Large Debris

Brush spa walls and floor

Skim water surface

Empty and clean skimmer baskets

Backwash filter and/or clean cartridge if applicable

Test water for chlorine/bromine,

Salt, Ph, TA, Calcium & Stabilizer

Balance chemistry as required

Leave a detailed written report

$80 / Visit + HST

HEATER CLEANING + START-UP

To include:

To clean and inspect the heater burner tray

To clean all gas components

To test all safety switches

To inspect gas valves

To start the pool heater and check flame

To leave the pool heater off and ready to go
